BONANNO - Warren J Bonanno died at Oschner Hospital on Monday, July 6, 1998 at age 74. Son of the late Nuncie Bonanno and Ida Gibliant Bonanno. Father of Karen Bonanno Clary and Debra Bonanno St John. Brother of Eunice DeGeorge, Thelma Canton, Elvera Dragon, and the late Marion Tallent and Harold Bonanno. Grandfather of David Clary and Jessica Bonanno. Also survived by six nieces and nephews. He is survived by his dearest friend and companion of 28 years, Laurel Ellen Roberts. For the past 50 years he owned/managed numerous night clubs including The Ritz Lounge, Louis Prima's 500 Club and the Bourbon Burlesque.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass to be celebrated in the Chapel of Jacon Schoen and Son, 3827 Canal St on Friday, July 10, 1998 at 10:00 am. Followed by interment in St Louis No 3. Friends may call on Thursday between 7:00 pm and 10;00 pm and on Friday between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.

DEGEORGE
Eunice Bonanno DeGeorge, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday morning, September 15, 2002 at 1:30 pm. She was 90 years old. Eunice lived her life in service to others. She became mother to her siblings at age 13 and over the next 77 years she provided a loving home, warmth and good food to her 3 children, 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, host of relatives and firends. Eunice was the wife of the late Nicholas DeGeorge. Daughter of the late Nuncie Bonanno and Ida Giblaint. Sister of the late Marion Tallent, Harold and Warren Bonanno. She leaves behind to praise the Lord her beloved sisters: Elvera Dragon and Thelma Canton; sister-in-law Fay DeGeorge White; daughters: Sandra DeGeorge Sacks and son-in-law Phil, Dianne DeGeorge Kirsch and son-in-law Eugene, son Darryl Joseph DeGeorge. Grandsons: Donald, Brian and Barry Celestin; Eugene and Kenneth Kirsch; Darryl DeGeorge Jr. Granddaughters: Kristine K Madden, Kim K Martinez and Kendra Kirsch; Dana C Varnadore; Suzanne D Gagnard; Darnell D Roberts and Debra Bonanno St John. Also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends whose lives she touched. Eunice was a lifelong resident of New Orleans.

DRAGON - Elvera Bonanno Dragon, went home to be with the Lord, July 12, 2003 in New Orleans, LA. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Dragon and daughter of the late Nuncie Bonanno and Ida Giblaint. Mother of Sharon Ann Dragon and sister of Thelma Canton. 3 nieces, Sandra Sacks, Dianne Kirsch and Debra Bonanno St John and 3 nephews Daryll DeGeorge, Raymond Canton and Ronald Tallent. She was 86 years old. A native and life long resident of New Orleans, LA and a graduate of McDonogh High School on Esplanade Av. She is preceded in death by Eunice Bonanno DeGeorge, Marion Tallent, Harold and Warren Bonanno.
Family and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral mass to be celebrated at 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 17, 2003 from Jacob Schoen & Son Funeral Chapel, 3827 Canal St. Burial to follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
