ROSER Shirley Bonano Roser, age 84, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, February 1, 2011 surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband of 63 years Russell S. Roser, her daughter Rosalyn Roser Moreau (David), her son Rodney A. Roser, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Catherine B. Trahan, and predeceased by her sister Mary B. Mangerchine. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral Mass on Friday, February 4, 2011 at 12:30pm at Greenwood Funeral Home (formerly All Faiths), 5200 Canal Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70124. Visitation will be from 10:30am until service time. Interment will be private.

Relatives and friends of the family, also employes of American Brewery, Pile Drivers' Union and Public Cotton Warehouse are invited to attend the funeral which will take place from the funeral home of Joseph Laughlin Inc, 4500 Magazine st, Sunday, August 24, 1941 at 9:45 o'clock am. Requiem high mass at St Henry's church, General Pershing and Constance sts. Interment in Valence st cemetery.

TRAHAN Catherine Bonano, Trahan, age 88, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Thursday April 18, 2013. She was the loving wife of the late Arthur P. Trahan; Loving mother of Arthur P. Trahan, Jr. wife Mary, Kathleen Trahan, Kenneth Trahan Sr. wife Donna. Proud grandmother of Denise Matherne, Todd Melancon, Patricia Pugh, Lori Martin, Staci Guillory, Kenny Trahan Jr. and Kendall Trahan. Eight great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her two sisters, Shirley Bonano Roser, and Mary Bonano Mangerchine. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. "Rejoice with our Lord until we meet again." Relatives and friends of the family are invited, along with employees, and residents of Metairie Health Care Facility, to attend the Funeral Service at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie on Tuesday April 23, 2013, 9:00 am for family; visitation 10:00 a.m. with service at 1:00 pm and Interment at St. Vincent Cemetery on Soniat St., New Orleans.
