MANGUNO - Myrtle Reagan Manguno, on Sunday evening, October 1, 1972 at 11:15 o'clock, wife of the late Frank F Manguno, mother of Mrs George Clark, Mrs Ervin Messmer, Mrs Ernest Perret, Mrs Clarance Grey, Frank, Raymond, Emmett, Ralph and Robert Manguno and the late Warren Manguno, sister of the late Mrs Anita Armbruster, Mrs John Starks and Mrs Hillian Herman, also survived by 24 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral. Services from the McMahon Coburn Briede Funeral Home, 600 Moss St (at N Jefferson Davis Pkwy and Bayou St John) on Tuesday morning, October 3, 1972 at 9:30 o'clock followed by requiem mass at the funeral home. Interment in St Vincent de Paul Cemetery No 2.

MANGUNO - On Tuesday, September 23, 1962 at 7 o'clock am, Frank F Manguno, beloved husband of Myrtle Reagan, father of Frank J, Raymond P, Emmett P, Robert A and Ralph C Manguno, Mrs George Clark, Mrs E Messmer, Mrs E Perret and Mrs C F Grey Jr and the late Mrs Rus Starks, brother of Anthony Manguno, Mrs J Lucas, Mrs S Baronne of Los Angeles, Calif. and the late Vincent Manguno, also survived by 22 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, age 61 years, a native and resident of this city.
Relatives and friends of the family, also officers and members of Local # 1244 Painters & Decorators and Asbestos Workers Local # 53 are invited to attend the funeral.
Services from the F J Donegan Funeral Home, 839 Jackson Av at Laurel St on Wednesday morning, September 26, 1962 at 10:15 o'clock followed by requiem mass at St Alphonsus Church at 11 o'clock. Interment in St Vincent de Paul Cemetery No 2.

 MANGUNO - Raymond P. Manguno, Sr., a retired wallpaper hanger and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, died Wednesday, May 1, 2002 at his home. He was 78 years old and a native of New Orleans, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Visitation was at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, East 11000 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, May 3, 2002. Visiting at the funeral home chapel on Saturday, May 4, 2002 from 11 :30 AM until religious services at 1 :00 PM conducted by his son Rev. Raymond P. Manguno, Jr. Graveside services was at St. Vincent de Paul's Cemetery No.2, New Orleans, LA on Saturday, May 4, 2002 at 4:00 PM.
Survived by his wife, Rev. Merle C. Manguno of Baton Rouge; a daughter (from a previous marriage), Marion Edmonson of Pearl River, Mississippi; 2 sons (from his marriage to Merie C. Manguno) the Rev. Raymond P. Manguno, Jr. and his spouse Gail and the Rev. Frank Manguno, Sr. and spouse Jeana all of Baton Rouge, LA. Beloved son of the late Myrtle Reagan Manguno and Frank F. Manguno of New Orleans, LA. Beloved brother of Mrs. Clarence Grey (Ann M.) of Slidell, LA, Mrs. Gordon Erickson (Anita M. Perret) of Destrehan, LA. Mrs. Ervin Messmer (Ruby M. Hainkel) of Metairie, LA, Robert A. Manguno of Los Angeles, CA and Ralph C. Manguno of Metairie, LA. Brother of the late Myrtle M. Mertz Clark, Rita M. Roman Starks, Warren Manguno, Emmett Manguno and Frank J. Manguno. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Father of Ralph C Manguno Jr, Joseph P Manguno and Vivian M Canatella. Son of the late Myrtle L Reagan and Frank F Manguno. Brother of Ruby M Hankel Messmer, Anita M Perrett Erickson, Ann M Grey, Robert Manguno and the late Warren, Frank, Raymond and Ernest Manguno. Grandfather of Adam, Jason, Jacob, Joshua and Joey Manguno, Nikole and Todd Canatella Jr, great-grandfather of Todd Canatella III. Ralph was a U S Army veteran serving as a combat machine gunner in Korea with "Co H" 179th Regiment, 45th Infantry Division. He served as Past President of Asbestos Workers Local 53 of New Orleans and Baton Rouge, LA. A native of New Orleans and a resident of Metairie for 45 years.

MESSMER - Ruby Manguno Messmer, a retired Executive Secretary at Freeport-McMoRan died at her home at age 74 at 9:02 AM on August 27, 2004. She was born in New Orleans. LA. and was a resident of Metairie for the past 21 years. Survivors include her beloved husband, Ervin C. Messmer (Buddy); two sisters, Anita P. Erickson and Ann M. Grey; one brother, Robert P. Manguno and one sister-in-law, Millie M. Boutillier and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Myrtle Manguno; siblings, Rita Storkes, Raymond Manguno, Frank Manguno, Myrtle Clark, Emmett Manguno and Ralph Manguno.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery) on Saturday August 28, 2004 at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Msgr. Andrew C. Taormina presiding. Interment will follow in Metairie Cemetery.
