It was Quintio Costa and Disata Finamuri.
QUINTIO COSTA was born about 1570 at Castel de Gratteo, near Tropea,
Calabria. He was married about 1593 to DISIATA FINAMURI. She was baptized 9
February 1567 at Lipari, the daughter of Giovanni Antonino Finamuri. Her sponsor
was Alessandro Canali.
In the 1610 Census of Lipari, Quintio Costa,
aged 40, was enumerated with wife Disiata and six children (Francesco, 12; Bartolo,
8; Rosa Joanna, Mariuzza, and Caterinella). The taxable property included one
building valued at onze 30 and one parcel of land valued at onze 50. His debts
(stamped debts valued at onze 1.15 per year; income from perpetual landholding
valued at tarí 26.10 per year) totaled onze 41.15. His debts without specific
security totaled onze 29.
