As far as my family has told me, my first name is another version (albeit old school) of Jennifer... somewhat the equivelent of Giovanna, Geneveive, Gweneveire, etc. along with numerous other countries' specific spellings.
Another good one you could add to your list would be Gugliano, for William... that's a fairly common English name, however, I have only heard of one person with the actual Italian version
